<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed by
<br />RODNEY E. PETERSON AND SUSAN L. PETERSON, HUSBAND AND WIFE, to BANK OF
<br />DONIPHAN, PO BOX 270, DONIPHAN, NEBRASKA, 68832, Trustee for the benefit of BANK OF
<br />DONIPHAN, the Beneficiary named therein dated March 05, 2021 and filed March 08, 2021 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA, recorded as Instrument #202101862
<br />of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that the DEED OF RECONVEYANCE be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Deeds of Trust in the following described property:
<br />Lot Twelve (12), Block Thirteen (13), College Addition to West Lawn, City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
