<br />Larry H. Schneider and Katheryn June Schneider, a married couple; Allen W. Schneider and
<br />Debra M. Schneider, a married couple; and Karen S. Hall, a married person and resident of
<br />Arizona, Grantors, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other valuable consideration
<br />received from Grantees, Larry H. Schneider and Katheryn June Schneider a married couple,
<br />convey to Grantees, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, the following described real
<br />estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201):

<br />distance of 565.14 feet; thence N04°22'55"E, a distance of 428.84 feet to the South bank of the
<br />Platte River; thence N19001'54"W, perpendicular to the approximate centerline of the main
<br />channel of the Platte River, a distance of 399.50 feet; thence N70°58'05"E on said centerline, a
