<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RE -CONVEYANCE
<br />In consideration of the payment of obligations under a Deed of Trust executed by T.W. Ziller
<br />Properties, LLC, to John 13. McDermott, attorney at law, Trustee, for the benefit of Kenneth J. Kotinek,
<br />Trustee of the Kenneth J. Kotinek Revocable Living Trust dated May, 2, 2008, and Elena M. Kotinek,
<br />Trustee of the Elena M. Kotinek Revocable Living Trust dated May 2, 2008, the Beneficiaries named
<br />therein, dated December 14, 2012, and recorded on December 17, 2012, in the Office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds, as Document No. 201210718, and which obligation was assumed by J & B Rentals,
<br />LLC, by way of an Assumption Agreement dated July 29, 2015, and recorded on August 7, 2015, in the
<br />Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, as Document No. 201505397, the said Beneficiaries have
<br />requested that this Trustee's Deed of Re -conveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment, John B. McDermott, Trustee and
<br />Grantor, in performance of said trust and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by such
<br />instrument, quitclaims and re -conveys to J & B Rentals, LLC, Grantee, the following described real
<br />estate (as defined in Nebr. Rev. Stat. §76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The East Half (E1/2) of Lot Two (2), Block Seventy (70), Original Town of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The West Half (W1/2) of Lot One (1), Block Seventy (70). Original Town of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The East Half (E1/2) of Lot One (1), Block Seventy (70), Original Town of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
