<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, Town & Country Bank, a Nebraska Corporation by and through Patrick McGuire, its
<br />authorized officer as trustee under the trust deed dated July 29, 2020, executed by Franklin R. Hochstetler,
<br />a Single Person, in which Town & Country Bank is named as beneficiary, and said corporation, as trustee,
<br />and recorded August 3, 2020 as Inst. 2020-05565 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />State of Nebraska, has received from Town & Country Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request
<br />to partially reconvey, reciting that sums secured by such trust deed have been partially paid and that the
<br />Beneficiary has requested a partial reconveyance the property to the Trustors.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the
<br />said corporation, Town & Country Bank, by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby
<br />reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely Franklin R. Hochstetler, a
<br />Single Person, the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />The North Twenty- Two (22) Feet of Lot Ten (10), all of Lot Eleven (11), and the Southerly Nine
<br />(9) Feet of Lot Twelve (12), all in Block Two (2), Fifth Addition, Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />In witness whereof, the undersigned has executed this partial deed of reconveyance at Kearney,
<br />Nebraska on July 28, 2021.

<br />On this 28th day of July, 2021, before me, a Notary Public, duly commissioned, qualified for and
<br />residing in said County, personally came Patrick McGuire, Senior Vice President of Town & Country Bank
<br />known to me to be the identical person whose name is affixed to the foregoing instrument and
<br />acknowledged the execution thereof to be their voluntary act and deed and the voluntary act and deed of
<br />said corporation.
