CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED <br />90-- 10'085 <br />Midwest Building Corporation, a Nebraska Corporation, <br />GRANTOR, in consideration of ONE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS <br />($110,000.00) received from GRANTEE, Randy's Auto Sales, Inc., a <br />Nebraska Corporation, conveys to GRANTEE, the following described <br />real estate (as defined in Section 76 -201, Revised Statutes of <br />Nebraska, 1943) situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot One (1) in Block Seven (7) in Spaulding and Gregg's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and <br />Lot Two (2) in Block Seven (7) in Spaulding and Gregg's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and fractional Lot Two (2) in Block Nineteen <br />(19) in Palmer's Subdivision of Lot Seven (7) of County <br />Subdivision of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter (SE 1/4 SW 1/4) of Section Sixteen (16), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the <br />6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted <br />and recorded, <br />subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, <br />easements and visible easements, and zoning laws, rules, and <br />regulations. <br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE, as follows: <br />1. GRANTOR is lawfully seised of the real estate and the real <br />estate is free from encumbrancess <br />2. GRANTOR has legal power and lawful authority to convey the <br />real estate to GRANTEES and <br />3.
