Baack, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated November <br />10, 1998, wherein Jon W. Fitchhorn and Kelly S. Fitchhorn, Husband and Wife, were the Trus- <br />tors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, U� <br />on November 16, 1998, as Document No. 98- 111269 of the Hall County Register of Deeds S <br />Record Books, which contains as trust property, the following- described real estate: <br />Lot Eleven (11), Capital Heights Seventh Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and easements, <br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and <br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property ", hereby gives <br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors, Jon W. Fitchhorn and <br />Kelly S. Fitchhorn, Husband and Wife, have failed to make the payments of principal and <br />interest due in respect to the Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above real estate to satisfy the obligations of that certain Deed of Trust dated November <br />16, 1998, owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association <br />of Grand Island, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to above which secures this <br />obligation. <br />v <br />Arend R.
