Schroll, husband and wife, in consideration of forbearance and <br />certain satisfaction of the debt they owe to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska banking corporation, and other <br />good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys to Pathway Bank, a <br />Nebraska banking corporation, as Grantee, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. <br />Stat. Section 76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot One (1), Obermeier Subdivision an Addition of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantors having transferred the above-described real estate to <br />the Grantee for a fair and adequate consideration, such consideration being forbearance and certain <br />satisfaction of indebtedness owed by Grantors to Grantee which obligations were secured by Deeds of <br />Trust executed by the Grantors. The first Deed of Trust is dated May 30, 2006 and was filed for record <br />on June 7, 2006 in the records of the Register of Deeds in and for Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument <br />No. 200605100. The second Deed of Trust is dated October 2, 2008 and was filed for record on October <br />16, 2008 in the records of the Register of Deeds in and for Hall County, Nebraska as instrument No. <br />200808764. Grantors declare that this conveyance is freely and fairly made. <br />Grantor covenants with the Grantee that Grantors: <br />1. Are lawfully seized of the above-described real estate and that it is free from encumbrances <br />except easements, restrictions, and zoning ordinances of record; <br />2. Have legal power and lawful authority to convey the above-described real estate; <br />3.
