The first Deed of Trust is dated May 30, 2006 and was filed for record on June 7, 2006 in the records of the Register of Deeds in and for Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200605100. The second Deed of Trust is dated October 2, 2008 and was filed for record on October 16, 2008 in the records of the Register of Deeds in and for Hall County, Nebraska as instrument No. 200808764. Grantors declare that this conveyance is freely and fairly made. Grantor covenants with the Grantee that Grantors: 1. Are lawfully seized of the above-described real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except easements, restrictions, and zoning ordinances of record; 2. Have legal power and lawful authority to convey the above-described real estate; 3. Warrant and will defend the title to the above-described real estate against the lawful claims of all persons.
