Wolford and Michael Wolford, wife <br />and husband, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable <br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and <br />confirm unto Alcxey Verdecia Aldana and Felicia A.
