Reeker, Attorney at Law, 11414 West Center Rd, Ste. 314, <br />Omaha, Nebraska 68144 <br />I. Introduction: This Deed of Trust, made on July 26, 2019, between Julian Haro, as the Trustor, <br />Daniel S. Reeker, an attorney duly licensed to practice law in the state of Nebraska, as the <br />Trustee, and Juan Rico, as the Beneficiary. <br />II. Grant: Trustor hereby IRREVOCABLY GRANTS TO TRUSTEE IN TRUST, WITH POWER OF SALE, <br />the real property in the City of Grand Island, County of Hall, Nebraska, legally described as: <br />The South fifty (50) feet of the North one hundred eighty-two feet (182) of the part of the North ten (10) <br />acres of the West half of the Northwest quarter (W Y: NW Y.) of Section Ten (10), Township Eleven (11), <br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska described as follows: <br />Beginning at the point of the North line of said Section 10, a distance of 1188.00 fee West of the <br />Northeast corner of the West half of the Northwest Quarter (W14 NW X) of said Section running thence <br />South parallel to the East Line of said West half of the Northwest Quarter (W34 NW Y+) of said section for <br />a distance of 331.00 feet; running thence West parallel to the North line of said Section 10, a distance of <br />134.7 feet, more or less to a point on the West line of Section 10; running thence North upon and along <br />said West Section line for a distance of 331.00 feet of the Northwest corner of said Section 10; running <br />thence East upon and along the North line of said Section 10 for a distance of 133.9 feet, more or less, to <br />the Actual Point of Beginning. <br />Trustor further grants Beneficiary the right to collect rents if Trustor defaults under the terms <br />and conditions contained herein. <br />The purpose of this grant is to secure payment of the following: <br />a) the indebtedness evidenced by a promissory note of the same date executed by <br />Trustor, in the sum of $85,000.00, plus interest; <br />b) Any additional sums and interest hereafter loaned by Beneficiary to the then record <br />Owner of the real property, evidenced by a promissory note or notes, referencing <br />this Deed of Trust as security for payment; <br />1 <br />ENTERED AS INSTRUMENT NO <br />
