<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated August 26, 2019, executed by Eugene J. Sullivan and Ardis A. Sullivan;
<br />Husband and Wife; as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, recorded as Instrument No. 201905386, on September 3, 2019, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />The South Severity Feet (70') of the East Half (E1/2) of Block Two (2) of Pleasant Home Subdivision
<br />of Part of E1/2 of SE1/4 of Section 21, Township 11 North, Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth P.M., Hall County,
<br />▪ Nebraska.

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />CNOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />r*,f Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or

<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
