White, a <br />single person and Kellee Michelle Schwieger a/k/a Kellee M. Schwieger and Marty L. Schwieger, <br />wife and husband, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable <br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and <br />confirm unto Jonathan J. Doll and Laura J.
