| DEED OF RECONVEYANCE 
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, 
<br />under the Deeds of Trust dated July 29, 1994 and Extension Agreement for said Deed of Trust 
<br />dated February 3, 1996, and November 13, 1998, and executed by Raymond Aguilar and Susan 
<br />Aguilar, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the 
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, 
<br />Nebraska on August 3, 1994 as Document No. 94- 106547, February 9, 1996 as Document No. 
<br />96- 100920, and November 19, 1998 as Instrument No. 98- 111402, and 
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five 
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of 
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows: 
<br />Lot Ten (10), in Block Five (5), in H. G. Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall 
<br />County, Nebraska. 
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully 
<br />paid; 
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of 
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or 
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. 
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at 
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 10th day of August, 2001.
