| WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, 
<br />as Beneficiafy, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above 
<br />mentioned as follows: 
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lot Three (3) Mainland, together with the accretion land thereto, 
<br />situated in part of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W' /2NE' /4) of Section Twenty Seven (27), 
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, in Hall County, 
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Northeast 
<br />Quarter (NE' /4); thence Easterly along said centerline, a distance of Two Hundred Forty Six (246.0) feet, 
<br />to a point on the West line of said Northeast Quarter NE' /4); thence Northerly along said west line of the 
<br />Northeast Quarter (NE' /4), a distance of One Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Five and Sixteen 
<br />Hundredths (1,365.16) feet to the place of beginning EXCEPT that portion more particularly described in 
<br />Warranty Deed dated October 2, 1979, recorded in Book 176, Page 300 and EXCEPT that portion more 
<br />particularly described in Corporation Warranty Deed dated June 16, 1966, recorded in Book 151, Page 
<br />603 and EXCEPT that portion more particularly described in Corporation Warranty Deed dated 
<br />December 10,' 1070 and recorded in Book 163, Page 152. 
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; 
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, 
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally 
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
