Description of the Farm, In consideration of the rental and cov- <br />enants specikift below, the Landlord hereby leases to the tenant real property <br />l-,cated in COUNTY -tate j, NEBRASKA <br />North - fFlA**"the West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W4Nq'J, ) <br />in Section Sixteen (100 Township twelve (12)North. Range Eleven(11) West o all <br />f <br />the 6th F.M. <br />together with all the buildi-las and i- nrovements located upon it, consisting of <br />approximately 240 acres (herein galled the "F3rm"). <br />Section ?. Use jT Property. "he Farm i.- to be used for t`e urpose of farming. <br />Section 3. Length of Lease. Sale of Property. (a) In the event of a sale of the rirm during <br />the term of this Lease and Landlord desires to qive possession to the purchaser, <br />the Tenant will surrender possession of the �,lrm upon the payment to Tenant of <br />$ 1875.00 per acre for each acre of the '"arm newly plowed by Tenant at the time <br />said possession is demanded.
