<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust, executed 
<br />September 4, 2014 by BRAD L HANN, a single person, Trustor, in which HOMESERVICES 
<br />LENDING, LLC was named as Beneficiary and WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL NATL BNK as 
<br />Trustee, and which was filed for record on September 5, 2014, as Instrument No. 201405590 and re- 
<br />recorded January 28, 2015 as Instrument No. 201500573 in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall 
<br />County, Nebraska, and assigned to WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. by virtue of a Corporate 
<br />Assignment filed for record on January 28, 2015 as Instrument No. 201500571, and subsequently 
<br />assigned to U S BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION by virtue of a Corporate Assignment filed for 
<br />record on January 28, 2015 as Instrument No. 201500572 in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall 
<br />County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES was appointed Successor Trustee by virtue of a 
<br />Substitution of Trustee filed in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said 
<br />Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows: 
<br />LOT SEVEN (7), IN BLOCK FIFTEEN (15) OF SCHIMMER'S ADDITION TO THE 
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. 
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment 
<br />of the installment payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the 
<br />Successor Trustee, GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and 
<br />recoverable pursuant to Nebraska statute §76-1012. 
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the 
<br />trust property to satisfy the obligation referred to above. 
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation 
<br />and Deed of Trust may be tl}ereby reinstated as provided in §76-1012.
