<br />Pinnacle Bank, Omaha, Nebraska, Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust dated August 
<br />7, 1998, between George Poullos, Husband and Jody J. Poullos, Wife as Trustor (s), Pinnacle 
<br />Bank, Omaha, Nebraska as Beneficiary, and Pinnacle Bank, Omaha, Nebraska as Trustee, filed 
<br />August 31, 1998 in Instrument Number 98- 108557 of the Mortgage Records in the office of the 
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Grand Island, Nebraska, in consideration of performance in full 
<br />by the said Trustor (s) of all obligations imposed by the said Deed of Trust and the note secured 
<br />thereby, does hereby reconvey to said Trustor (s) the following described real estate, to -wit: 
<br />Lot One (1) Ponderosa Lake Estates Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. 
<br />Thereby canceling and satisfying said Deed of Trust. 
<br />Such reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens; encumbrances, covenants and 
<br />restrictions not imposed upon said property by the undersigned, and are made for the sole and 
<br />only purpose of satisfying of record the aforesaid Deed of Trust.
