That no part of the homestead of the undersigned is presently or in <br />the future will be situated on the following described real estate: <br />A tract of Real Estate in Section Five (5), Township Nine (9) North, <br />RanSe Eleven (11) Nest of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />See Exhibit "0 for Description. <br />2.
