<br />1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its City
<br />Council on January 3,6, 1989, enacted Ordinance No. 7532 which
<br />directed the conveyance of the real estate described below and the
<br />manner and terms thereof.
<br />2. Ordinance No. 7532 was published in the Grand Island
<br />Daily Independent according to law, and notice of such sale and
<br />the terms thereof was published in, the Grand Island Daily
<br />Independent, a newspaper published in and of general circulation
<br />in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, for three consecutive
<br />weeks, on January 24, January 31, and February 7, 1989, all as
<br />required by Section 16 -202, R.R.S. 1943, as amended.
<br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the City
<br />Council of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, within
<br />thirty days of the passage and publication of Ordinance No. 7532.

<br />4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 7532 provides that if no
<br />remonstrance is filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City
<br />Clerk shall make, execute, and deliver to FRANK E. KOLAR. a deed for
<br />said real estate, and the execution of such deed, is hereby.
<br />authorized without further action on behalf of the Citty. Council. _
<br />5. NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a
<br />municipal corporation in Hall County,. Nebraska, as Grantor, in °
<br />consideration of Five Thousand.•Five Hundred Dollars ($5,500.00)
<br />received. from the Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey, and confirm unto
