(� DEED OF DISTRIBUTION 89. 102985 <br />BY <br />PERSONAL RBPRESENTATnM <br />------- BERNIECE ALLEN------- - - - - -, Personal Representative of the <br />Estate of EDWARD MERLE ALLEN, Deceased, GRANTOR, conveys and <br />releases to BERNIECE ALLEN, as life tenant for her benefit and <br />during the remainder of her lifetime; remainder over upon the <br />death of Berniece Allen, to JUDITH NOVACEK, CHERYL McDERMOTT, <br />DEBRA LOVE, and RICHE ALLEN, as tenants in common; subject also <br />to other provisions of Paragraph V. of the Will of the Decedent <br />if Berniece Alien elects to sell the premises during her, <br />lifetime, GRANTEES, <br />the following - described real estate (as defined in Neb.
