Pathway Bank agrees that: <br />Dated this /0 day of AM V , 2017. <br />SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between Pathway Bank and Pathway Bank. <br />THE PARTIES AGREE FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Pathway Bank, agrees to subordinate the lien of the Deed of Trust dated May 30, 2017, and <br />recorded June 9, 2017, and filed as Instrument No. 201703864 upon the following described real estate: <br />Lots 5 and 6, Block 4, Fifth Addition to the Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska <br />to the lien of the Deed of Trust from Jasen Landers and Judy Landers, Husband and Wife, dated May 30, <br />2017 and filed on June 9, 2017 as Instrument No. 201703865 which secures payment under a <br />Promissory Note from Jasen Landers and Judy Landers, Husband and Wife, to Pathway Bank, dated May <br />30, 2017. <br />(A) Upon any default by Jasen and Judy under the said Deed of Trust in favor of Pathway Bank <br />notice will be given to Pathway Bank, by said Pathway Bank, in the same manner, and at the <br />same time as Notice is given to Jasen Landers and Judy Landers. <br />(B) New loan amount is $78,400.00 which constitutes the limit of Pathway Bank's subordination <br />under this Agreement. <br />(C) Pathway Bank, shall have the right to cure any such default within 15 days after receipt of <br />the notice of default, and the further right to assume the position of Pathway Bank, upon <br />the payment of the full amount of principal and interest due. <br />Pa hway Bank <br />Pathway Bank <br />00 <br />
