<br />Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, A Federal Savings Bank as Trustee for the benefit of Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation, the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated March 21, 1997 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Instrument No., 97- 102041 and re- recorded as Instrument No. 97- 103064 has been paid.
