<br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT FOR DEED OF TRUST
<br />THIS Agreement is made as of this 251' day of August, 2000, by and between FIVE POINTS
<br />BANK, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 1507, Grand Island, Nebraska 68802 -1507 (hereinafter
<br />"Lender"), the owner and holder of the certain Promissory Note for $467,025.00 dated July 14, 1997 given
<br />by Darrel R. Olson and Linda M. Olson, husband and wife, (hereinafter "Borrowers ") and secured by the
<br />certain Deed of Trust of the certain real estate therein described, situated, lying and being in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2), Block Sixty -six (66), Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />which said Deed of Trust is dated the 14th day of July, 1997, wherein Five Points Bank is Beneficiary, and
<br />recorded in the Office of the County Clerk of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #97- 105591 on the 15'
<br />day of July, 1997:
<br />WITNESSETH, that said parties, for themselves and their heirs, executors, administrators and
<br />assigns, hereby mutually agree that the time for the payment of the principal and interest on said
<br />Promissory Note dated July 14, 1997 shall be as follows:
<br />A new Promissory Note #768269 dated August 25, 2000, in the original principal amount of
<br />$618,053.00 with a final payment of remaining principal and interest due August 24, 2005.
<br />The Borrowers hereby further ratify and confirm all of the terms and conditions contained in the
<br />Acknowledgment of Deed of Trust and Deed of Trust of Borrowers to Lender dated July 14, 1997, as
<br />referred to above and said Borrowers will in all respects faithfully comply and perform all the covenants
<br />and promises in the aforesaid Deed of Trust.
<br />It is expressly understood and agreed that the aforesaid Deed of Trust shall remain in full force
<br />and effect in all respects and that nothing herein shall affect or impair any rights and powers which the
<br />Lender may have thereunder for the recovery of the said debts secured by said Deed of Trust, with
<br />interest, in case of the non - fulfillment of this Agreement.
<br />And the said Borrowers hereby covenant that they will pay the said principal sum and interest as
<br />provided by the Promissory Note referred to above at the times therein specified and that they will perform
<br />and observe all of the covenants, agreements, stipulations and conditions on the part of the Borrowers
<br />contained in said Deed of Trust in all respects.
