<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, 
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated April 20, 1993 executed by Thomas J. Corkle and Anita J. 
<br />Corkle, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the 
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall 
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #93- 103158, on the 23rd day of April, 1993, and 
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five 
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed 
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows: 
<br />FRACTIONAL LOT NINE (9), IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK SIXTEEN (16), IN CHARLES 
<br />WASMER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, 
<br />NEBRASKA, AND WASMER'S ANNEX TO FIRST ADDITION, AND ITS 
<br />COMPLEMENT, TO -WIT: FRACTIONAL LOT NINE (9), IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK 
<br />SIX (6), IN WOODBINE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL 
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA. 
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
