Street Improvement District No. 1233 in the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, is hereby created. <br />SECTION 2. The boundaries of the district shall be as follows: <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of Timm's Subdivision; thence north on the <br />west line of Timm's Subdivision and its prolongation, said line also being the east <br />line of U.S. Highway 281 for a distance of One Thousand Twenty Four and <br />Ninety Two Hundredths (1,024.92) feet; thence east on a line Five Hundred <br />(500.0) feet north of and parallel to the north line of Timm's Subdivision for a <br />distance of Three Hundred Sixty (360.0) feet; thence south on a line Three <br />Hundred Sixty (360.0) feet east of and parallel to the east line of U.S. Highway <br />Approved as to Form V <br />June 9, 2000 ♦City Attorney <br />
