KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the "Trust Deed executed
<br />by Leland D. Lacey and Nellie M Lacey, Husband and wifa
<br />to EXCIANGE BANK OF GIBBON, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of EXCHANGE BANK of GIBBON, the Beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />July 10, 1991 and recorded July 18 , 191 in the Office oft eg Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska Inst. Number 9.1- 1046f9ge Number
<br />has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confinned by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the
<br />following described premises, but only as to such premises:
