<br />feet west of the Southeast corner of said Lot 17, thence easterly on the south line 
<br />of said Lots 17 and 18, a distance of 87.1 feet to the point of beginning, 
<br />except6inga certain tract as shown in Report of Appraisals recorded as Document No.

<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong
