KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />STEVEN K. JARDINE AND DEBORAH L. JARDINE , HUSBAND AND WIFE as trustor, to FIVE
<br />POINTS BANK, A NEBRASKA CORPORATION as Trustee, for the benefit of FIVE POINTS
<br />BANK., A NEBRASKA CORPORATION, as Beneficiary dated May 15, 1996 and recorded in
<br />the Office of the Registry of Deeds of the county of HALL, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument Number 96- 103782, has been paid; and said Beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered, as confirmed
<br />by its endorsement below.
<br />Now therefore, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with this
<br />written request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these
<br />presents Grant, Remise, Release and Reconvey to the person entitled thereto, all
