<br />COMES NOW THE AFFIANTS, as the Seller and the Buyer of Lot #64, Amick Acres 
<br />West, Doniphan, Nebraska, whose signatures are witnessed below, to attest and affirm the 
<br />following facts and statements as being true and correct: 
<br />1. That on or about May 29, 2001, the Buyer and Seller entered into an agreement for the 
<br />sale and purchase of Lot #64, Amick Acres West, Doniphan, Nebraska, and that such agreement 
<br />included an Addendum, signed by both the Seller and Buyer, original attached, which clarified the 
<br />point at which the south boundary of Lot #64 intersected with Lake Fred. 
<br />2. That it is the intent of both the Seller and Buyer for this Affidavit and attached Addendum 
<br />to be filed with the Hall County Register of Deeds, and that such definition shall run the land and 
<br />be binding on all succeeding bu ers and owners of interest of said Lot #64.
