<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, B. J. CUNNINGHAM, JR., of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State
<br />Bar Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated October
<br />14, 1994, executed by GERALD L. WISSING and SUSAN J. WISSING,
<br />husband and wife, as Trustors, in which instrument RONALD A. IRVINE
<br />(now deceased) and ORA M. IRVINE, husband and wife, as joint
<br />tenants not tenants in common, are named as Beneficiaries, and the
<br />undersigned, B. J. CUNNINGHAM, JR., is named as Trustee, which Deed
<br />of Trust was heretofore recorded on December 6, 1994, as Document
<br />No. 94- 109707, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, B. J. CUNNINGHAM, JR, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from ORA M. IRVINE, of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, being the surviving joint tenant
<br />BENEFICIARY, written request to reconvey the real estate described
<br />in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Ten (10), Colonial Estates Ninth Subdivision to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of said
<br />Beneficiary and the provisions of the said Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby convey, without warranty, to
<br />GERALD L. WISSING and SUSAN J. WISSING, husband and wife, being the
<br />person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by
<br />said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersign-A has executed this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance at Grand Island, N as a, this day of July,
