<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the 
<br />Deed of Trust dated November 6, 1998, executed by William P. Ziller & Julann K. Ziller, 
<br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, S 
<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as O 
<br />Document #98- 111111 on the 12th day of November, 1998, and 
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, 
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned 
<br />as follows: 
<br />The Southerly Forty -four (S44) Feet of the Northerly Half (N1 /2) of Lot Five (5), in Block Sixty -five (65) 
<br />in the Original Town, now city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska 
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; 
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, 
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally 
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. 
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand 
<br />Island, Nebraska this 17th day of August, 2000.
