<br />called the Grantor, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other consideration, receipt of which

<br />across, in, underneath and through a part of Lot One (1), Lincoln School Subdivision, in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the easement and right -of -way being more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot One (1), Lincoln School Subdivision;
<br />thence northeasterly along the southerly property line of said Lot One (1), a distance
<br />of 154 feet to the Point Of Beginning; thence northwesterly, deflecting 90 °,
<br />perpendicular to the said southerly line of Lot One (1) a distance of 50 feet; thence
<br />northeasterly, deflecting 90 °, parallel to the said southerly line of Lot One (1) a
<br />distance of Thirty (30.0) feet; thence southeasterly, deflecting 90 °, perpendicular to
