<br />as attorney for the Trustee in said Deed of Trust, to give Notice
<br />of Default of the Promissory Note secured by said Deed of Trust
<br />because of Trustors' failure to pay when due the sums under said
<br />Promissory Note and the failure of the Trustors to pay when due aii
<br />general real estate taxes levied and assessed against the abovF_�
<br />described property as required in the Deed of Trust. As a resu.it_
