<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated January 8, 1998 executed by Gary Dean Sears and Connie L.
<br />Sears, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the Cf�
