<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 200106005
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />JONATHAN M SMITH AND MELANIE A SMITH, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated JUNE 15, 2000 and recorded JUNE 20, 2000 in the Office of the REGISTER OF DEEDS
<br />OF HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as DOCUMENT NO 0200005032 been paid, and said beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered; ALSO
<br />RELEASING AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 23, 2001 AND RECORDED
<br />MARCH 7, 2001 AS DOC # 0200101783; AND DEED OF TRUST MODIFICATION
<br />AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 23, 2001 AND RECORDED MARCH 7, 2001 AS DOC #
<br />0200101782;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee
<br />by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />LOT THIRTY FIVE (35) AMICK ACRES WEST SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
