<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by THOMAS RAY
<br />GARDNER AND BETH LEANN- GAR.DNER- HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R _ Baack,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
