Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by ERNEST W
<br />PETERSON AND CHRISTINE Z PETERSON HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF r
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated 10!22/97 3/27/98
<br />3/26/01 and recorded 11/20/97 3/27/98 3/26/01 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, as Instrument 97- 109783 98- 103246 200102929 has been paid,
<br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
