<br />Angeline T. Gulzow, husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document # 97- 101830 in the
<br />Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 14th day of March, 1997,
