IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein, the <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska Corporation, <br />hereby partially releases the mortgage dated December 2, 1991 and April <br />22, 1994, made to FIVE POINTS BANK, a Nebraska Corporation by Willard W. <br />Cantin and Lucille F.
