<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated March 7, 1997, and executed by Ryan E. Logue and Sandra L.
<br />Logue, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, entered as Document No. 97- 101924, and

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five a
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT FOURTEEN (14), LYING SOUTH OF 20TH STREET, GEER SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA EXCEPTING A CERTAIN TRACT DEEDED
<br />TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND IN DEED BOOK 139, PAGE 41 AND EXCEPTING A
<br />CERTAIN TRACT DEEDED TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND IN DEED BOOK 160, PAGE
<br />157.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
