<br />Schauppsville Road, Wood River, Nebraska, and which is located
<br />upon the following described real estate:
<br />Lot One (1), Greenwood Subdivision, Wood River
<br />Township, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />2. The Lease expires on October 31, 2001, and the Lessee
<br />intends to uphold its end of the lease and remain in possession
<br />of the building until October 31, 2001, as it is legally entitled
<br />to do.
