<br />Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND to U.S. BANK,
<br />N.A., by virtue of an Assignment dated July 21, 2006, and filed for record on August 25, 2006,
<br />as Instrument No. 0200607631 in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing U.S. BANK
<br />NATIONAL ASSOCIATION by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record on January
<br />18, 2011, as Instrument No. 0201100347 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County,
