=I rim <br />rn <br />-n ri <br />N� 2e1® <br />rn � <br />03 <br />Buyers <br />Mari. a Olivera, Wife <br />Agreement <br />of Seventh -day <br />D <br />> Q <br />rsa <br />CD C13 <br />This agreement is made and entered into this / 7' fi —day of October, 2016, by and <br />between Jorge Zelaya and Mariana Olivera, husband and wife, hereinafter "Zelaya's" and the <br />Kansas- Nebraska Association of Seventh -day Adventists, a Kansas non - profit corporation, <br />hereinafter "the Association ". Whereas the Zelaya's are desirous of acquiring a home in Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, and, whereas the Association is desirous of investing in real estate in Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, the parties hereby agree as follows: <br />1. This Agreement is Contingent upon the employment of Jorge Zelaya with the Kansas - <br />Nebraska Conference of Seventh -day Adventists. <br />2. The Association will provide the Zelaya's with the sum of Thirty Three Thousand <br />Dollars ($33,000.00) on or before the closing of the purchase of a home in Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, to be used in the acquisition of said home. <br />3. Zelaya's will obtain the necessary financing to purchase "the premises" legally described <br />as follows: <br />Lot Seventeen (17), in Block One (1), in Knickrehm Fourth Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. (Commonly known as 107 W. 22n St., <br />Grand Island Nebraska) <br />Said financing to be the sole and exclusive responsibility of Zelaya's who agrees to <br />perform all requirements of the deed of trust securing any such loan. Title to the <br />premises shall be taken in the name of Zelaya's. <br />4. The Association shall be entitled to receive Twenty Percent (20 %) of the gross sale price <br />of the premises when sold or otherwise transferred by Zelaya's. <br />5. Zelaya's shall, for the first two years after the date of this agreement, have the right to <br />pay to the Association the sum of Thirty Three Thousand Dollars ($33,000.00) together <br />with interest thereon at the rate of five percent (5 %) per annum compounded annually <br />and be released from all obligations set forth in paragraph 3 above. <br />6. Within 90 days of employment ceasing with the Kansas - Nebraska Conference of <br />Seventh -day Adventists Zelaya's will Pay the Association in full 20% of the properties <br />current appraised value. A professional appraisal will be done at the expense of Zelaya's. <br />7.
