<br />Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Larry J. Musquiz and Brenda R.
<br />Musquiz, as husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Norwest Mortgage, Inc. is named as Beneficiary
<br />and Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter
<br />filed for record November 17, 1992 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No.92- 109984.
<br />On or about November 16, 1992, Norwest Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right,
<br />title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The
<br />Assignment was recorded November 17, 1992, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 92- 109990.
