STEARLEY and HELEN L. STEARLEY, Husband and Wife, <br />Grantors, in consideration of Thirty -Three Thousand Dollars <br />($33,000.00) received from Grantees, KENNETH L. SCHWIEGER and <br />JANICE E. SCHWIEGER, Husband and Wife, convey to Grantees, as <br />joint tenants and not as tenants in common, the following described <br />real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
