<br />This is to certify that there is pending in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, a
<br />proceeding entitled "In the Matter of the Estate of Lois I. Koepp, Deceased ", Case No. PR15 -188,
<br />which is a proceeding involving the probate of an estate in which the following described real estate
<br />is involved:

<br />Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />An undivided one -half ('/a) interest in and to the Northeast Quarter of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (NE of Section Twenty -one (21), Township Ten (10)
<br />North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />EXCEPT a tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (NE'/4NW of Section Twenty -one (21), Township Ten (10)
<br />North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6 P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said
<br />NE'/4NW1/4; thence easterly along the southerly line of said NE'ANW'/a a distance
<br />of Thirty -Five and Forty -five Hundredths (35.45) feet; thence in an northwest-
<br />erly direction Fifty and Twenty -Six Hundredths (50.26) Feet to a point on the
<br />Westerly line of said NE' /4NW' %; thence Easterly along the Southerly line of said
<br />NV/4W% a distance of Thirty -Five and Forty -Five Hundredths (35.45) Feet
<br />to the point of beginning, said tract used for access easement only;
<br />An undivided one -half (%2) interest in and to the Southeast Quarter of the

<br />North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and the
<br />Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (N W 1 /4N W' /4) of Section Twenty -
<br />one (21), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, EXCEPT the Union Pacific Railroad Company's Right -of-
<br />way over and across said NW'/4NW'/4, and EXCEPT that tract of land lying
<br />north of the Union Pacific Railroad in the NW'/4NW and containing .298
<br />acres, according to survey, and deeded to the State of Nebraska by Warranty
<br />Deed recorded in Book 71, Page 148 of Hall County records; and also the
<br />unexpired Right -of -Way Lease, recorded in Book 2, Page 619 of Miscellaneous
