<br />Trustee and Five Points Bank, Beneficiary, securing the sum of $1,300,311.50. Said Deed of
<br />Trust was re- recorded May 22, 2006 as Instrument #200604463 to amend legal description AND
<br />Deed of Trust dated April 1, 1994 and recorded April 5, 1994, as Instrument #94- 102747 executed
<br />by Nebraska MiI -Nic, Inc. d /b /a Midtown Holiday Inn to Five Points Bank, Trustee and Five Points
<br />Bank, Beneficiary
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />ALL OF LOT TWO (2) AND THE WESTERLY NINETY -TWO (92) FEET OF LOT
<br />THREE (3) MIL -NIC ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA; AND AN EASEMENT OVER THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL
<br />OF REAL ESTATE SITUATED IN GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT ONE (1) MIL -NIC
<br />ADDITION THENCE SOUTHERLY A DISTANCE OF SIX FEET (60') ALONG THE
<br />EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT ONE (1), THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ACROSS
