Box 160, Grand Island, NE <br />68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by Artvest III, <br />A Nebraska General Partnership, as Trustor, in which Equitable Bank fka The Equitable <br />Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal Savings Bank, is named <br />as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated July 1, 1997 and <br />recorded July 3, 1997, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as <br />Instrument No. 97- 105326 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Partial Reconveyance.
