_ONN <br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br />C;_ C> cn <br />Z M <br />� o <br />-3 <br />3 <br />CD <br />W <br />O 'T► <br />z m <br />D � <br />r � <br />r D <br />x <br />D <br />N <br />Cn <br />O <br />N <br />O <br />O <br />O <br />co <br />C.J <br />co <br />co <br />L7. <br />Nf <br />C <br />CD <br />d <br />d <br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this 3,, (dav of FEBRUARY, 2001, <br />by and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and o <br />JONATHAN M SMITH AND MELANIE A SMITH, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS; borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br />LOT THIRTY -FIVE (35) AMICK ACRES WEST SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated JUNE 15- 2000 and filed for record on JUNE 20. 2000, in <br />the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />as DOCUMENT # 0200005032 <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of FEBRUARY 1, 2031; <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby extended to APRIL 1, 2031. <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS.
