<br />The Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Twenty -Nine (29), Township Twelve
<br />(12) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />(excepting therefrom Lot One (1) Wenzl Subdivision and Lot One (1) Wenzl
<br />Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska);
<br />REBURTA R. WENZL, a single person, GRANTOR, in consideration of TEN AND
<br />NO /100 DOLLARS ($10.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION received from
<br />GRANTEE, REBURTA R. WENZL, TRUSTEE OF THE REBURTA R. WENZL TRUST
<br />AGREEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 2, 2015, AS AMENDED, conveys to GRANTEE, all of
<br />Grantor's interest in and to the following- described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-
<br />201) situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Two (2) in Section Thirty (30), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />The North Half of the Southeast Quarter (N'/2SE' /4) of Section Twenty -Nine (29),
<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska except that portion deeded to the State of Nebraska in Warranty Deed
<br />recorded in the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska, in Book 76,
<br />Page 506 described as follows:
<br />A strip of land lying over and across the easterly part of the Southeast
<br />Quarter of Section 29, Township 12 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows: Beginning at the southeast
<br />corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 29; thence northerly on the
<br />East line of said Southeast Quarter a distance of 2603.8 feet to the
<br />northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter; thence westerly on the North
<br />line of said Southeast Quarter a distance of 39.6 feet; thence southerly a
<br />distance of 2603.8 feet to a point on the South line of said Southeast
<br />Quarter; said point being 40.0 feet westerly of said southeast corner;
<br />thence easterly on said South line a distance of 40.0 feet to the point of
<br />beginning, containing 2.379 acres, more or less, which includes 1.978
<br />acres, more or less, previously occupied as a public highway, the
<br />remaining 0.401 acre, more or less, being the additional acreage secured,
