<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />ROCKE D BEASON AND MARLENE M BEASON, HUSBAND AND WIFE �15\•

<br />DEEDS of HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as Instrument 87- 106096 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
