<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />ROCKE D BEASON AND MARLENE M BEASON, HUSBAND AND WIFE �15\•

<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
